Can I access my data from anywhere?

Yes, if you have internet access, you can access your digital files. Using a phone, tablet, or PC you can view, download or share your files.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No you do not have to sign a contract. The cost is per year but you can cancel anytime and get reimbursed for the days you did not use.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes a free trial is available for 30 days. After that time you will need to decide to continue or cancel.

Is there an app?

Yes NSMI uses the Nextcloud app which is free to download.

Will my files get compressed?

No all files will be the same as the original. This is a true backup with no compression.

Where are the files stored?

All your data will be saved in the United States. 

What types of files can be saved?

Any digital file format can be saved (.jpeg, .png, .docx, .xlsx, etc). The only limitation is the content of your files, and the types of content that NSMI will not save is listed in the Terms and Conditions.
